This place doesn't stand out as particularly good or bad. It's just ok and convenient to the airport. We ate here twice because we were too exhausted to find a decent local joint or venture into downtown and my friend like their salad/rice bowls. The servers were prompt and friendly - though it was kind of amusing that they seemed puzzled by our vegetarian preferences. I guess that's not too common in the area? The meals were ok. Better than Applebee's but nothing I'd ever have a craving for. I ordered shrimp tacos and the quesadilla salad. Like many things in life, the real items didn't look as spectacular as the menu picture. They tasted alright. One downside to note if you're an asthmatic or air sensitive: they asked us if we wanted smoking or non smoking. I was surprised that indoor smoking was still allowed in restaurants. So this may not be the place for you if you're picky about air quality (or it's your cup of tea if you're a smoker). You do have to walk through the bar area to get to the restroom too.

I haven't been to one of these in a long time, and my boyfriend and I aren't fans of chain restaurants. We needed a bite before he flew overseas for work. Surprisingly we were very pleased with this establishment! Especially for a chain!. I noticed they had many new things on their menu. He ordered avocado on his burger and we were pretty sure they gave him a half of an avocado! He was very happy. He also really liked the quesadilla salad. I had fried pickles which we both liked, (he doesnt like them typically) and the chicken enchiladas. The rice and beans had real black beans, not just mushy refried - yum! The chicken enchiladas were a bit less spicy than I like but I'll just get the green Chile sauce next time. for drinks he had a top shelf long island, and I had the patron margarita. Very satisfactory. Its still a chain, but most chains skimp on quality, not this one! We will be returning to this Chili's as our routine meal before his regular flights!!

Great food, I had a turkey burger and the wife had a Mexican plate with soup. I also had a margarita that was great. If weather permitting sit outside. Great service and good food for the money.

Our server was very friendly and attentive, we were seated right away at dinnertime. Our food was delicious and served in a timely manner. My husband and I shared the dinner for two. I got the Cajun chicken pasta and he got the chicken crisps. Our appetizer was a half order of Texas cheese fries. We both ended up taking about half of our entrees home because we were so full! After reading other reviews on various sites, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a great experience for us and we would definitely go back!

Solid food, good strong drinks! Menu is new and updated since I was there last and the new choices are very good. Came on a night there was a concert nearby but staff was excellent and I was seated in bar area right away.

I had the worst experience at this Chili's location. My daughter had a soccer tournament in Charleston. The hotel recommended we make team dinner reservations at Chili's. I called two weeks in advance and was assured by the manager that we had reservations. I checked again a week before and again the day before. When the entire team and their families (30 people in all) arrived, we were told that we didn't have reservations. The manager made no attempt to accommodate us, nor was he even apologetic. He told me he never promised me a reservation. Not only was I disgusted, but I was also very embarrassed. It ruined what was supposed to be a fun night for everyone.

It's chilis the food is what chilis food is. However the wait staff in this particular chilis was outstanding. Great attitude and never let your drink run low. Outstanding.

Excellent dinner experience! Johnathan was an attentive waiter and gained points by remembering what we typically get. Since the service was excellent and its one of the wife's favorite restaurants, we will definitely return.

Jennifer was my waitress. She did a great job of keeping my drink filled. The food was good. However the corn on the cob was way overdone and cold.

I was happy to see the restaurant is open late as we just got off work I did not know what to order and the waitress suggested the chicken and mango and it was very very good great service great food prices are reasonable I would highly recommend

This place would fail in almost every area if there was a health inspection right now. Waiter is picking his teeth over in the corner... He's done this at least three times - once while talking another table's order. There's pasta sauce or something smeared in between the menu pages. None of the tables are even being wiped down. A few groups of people have been waiting for someone to come hastily wipe down an area to sit before they could be seated. Having said all that it seems like the guacamole was freshly made maybe, so they have that going for them, which is nice.

I ate at chili's tonight and I am actually a big fan of chilis. I was really disappointed. This visit started out really good at first. The hostess was really friendly and inviting. We were sat in a timely manner and greeted by the server. (now I would like to say I used to serve so I know the struggle) We ordered our food and it came in average time. As I was cutting up my chicken in the chipotle bowl I found some hair. So Before eating a bite I was already turned off. I sat it on the edge of the table and asked nicely for a new one. She was very apologetic and said they would make it. meanwhile my boyfriend must eat his food now because it will get cold so I sat and watched him eat. I don't believe she put a rush on it because it came out in another 10 minutes. My bf was done eating and I am just starting. He then sat and watched me eat. Our movie plans were delayed because of this as well. A manager never visited our table and she never offered anything for our inconvenience. I do not recommend this location because never in my life would I think you could send a dish back that had a very obvious problem and a manager not visit the table. I tipped but it is because I used to be a server and part of me believes I may have tipped too much. (a small part if me remembers the struggle) I do NOT recommend. We won't be returning here again both my bf and I were unhappy about our visit.

This is a chain restaurant, so I'm sure just about everyone is familiar with the basics. They have pretty good food at reasonable prices. The chicken tortilla soup is pretty damn solid, and the Southwest Smokehouse burger is my go to appetizer at Chili's. I actually tried a bowl of their chili on a recent visit, and, surprisingly, it was just okay. I've gone here twice with large groups. They are far from accommodating. They only have about two indoor tables that can seat more than the average bunch. Each time we've had to wait unbearable amounts of time just to be seated. The second large group visit led to us being seated at a table that was only half lit(by a dim bulb at that) which was inconvenient for an attempt at enjoying each other's company eating out. The beer section on the menu mentions asking the server about bottle and draft "local options." Of course I didn't hesitate to ask my server. Without skipping a beat she informed me that they had Sam Adams and Bud. I quickly exchanged a look with my wife and gave in to that classic Holy City local Samuel Adams Boston Lager brew! I thought this was a fluke so asked on the next trip and was promptly given a similar answer. This place has good food, but overall is very middle of the road. It's not bad for a reasonable night out with the family. The endless chips and salsa alone have prompted a quick bite to eat at Chili's.
